We believe that when you get the basics right, everything else falls into place. That’s why we make our base mix from the finest ingredients, including fresh milk, double cream and our secret family recipe. All of our ice cream and sorbet is altogether suitable for vegetarians, free from artificial flavours, nut free and made in a nut free environment (excluding pistachio). From old favourites such as Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry and Salted Caramel, to our newest creations including Tropical Mango Blast, S’mores and Chewy Choc Cup there is something special for everyone.

Yes! We operate a completely nut-free facility, so you can enjoy all New Forest Ice Cream scoops (excluding pistachio, which is made at a separate site) with peace of mind, knowing that no nuts have ever been in our building. Additionally, all our ice cream and sorbets are suitable for vegetarians and free from artificial flavours, unless stated otherwise.

Wherever possible we use quality ingredients from the finest local producers that follow our in-built philosophy. Our milk, for example, comes from Chew Valley Dairy that supports the NFU’s Countryside aspiration to reduce greenhouse gases to 0% by 2040. It is not always possible to use local, but where we can, we do!

Yes! We have 21 ice creams and sorbets that have been recognised with a Great Taste Award – have a look around our site, but as a starting point, how about Honey & Fig, Blackberry Clotted Cream, Vanilla, Oriental Ginger, Lotus Biscoff, Mince Pie, and Gin & Pink Grapefruit Sorbet.
